Objectives

 
  • Develop and review strategic corporate plans and KPIs and align them across departments, in line with Dubai Strategy Plan 2021 and European Foundation for Quality Management (EFQM).
  • Create Customer Relationship Management to look after enhancing customers’ happiness by creating Database, Complains system, call center, Surveys, etc).
  • Ensure homogenous implementation and compliance across the organization.
  • Identify continual improvement concepts, focus on international and local quality standards and compliance with quality assurance management.
  • Provide assurance as to the effectiveness of Governance, Internal Controls framework, Risk Management and Planning Process.
  • Spread the culture of Business Excellence among Trakhees Departments, Sections and Individuals. ​​
