Business Excellence


Business Excellence department was formed in the year 2015, to establish the concept of quality & strategy, innovation, customer service excellence, information Security Regulations and internal audit as a catalyst for stronger and better customer experience. The department’s main aim is to establish organizational strategic plans and targets in line with Dubai Government strategies and targets by adopting best practices and international standards with strong internal controls and auditing programs. The department has five dynamic sections under it Strategy Planning & Quality, Internal Audit, CRM & CSR, Information Security Regulations and Innovation Committee. ​​
